On January 21, 2011, a jury in federal district court in Oxford, Mississippi, returned a verdict in favor of Plaintiff in Tracie Lynn Norris v. Tupelo PCH, LLC d/b/a Magnolia Manor at Tupelo; in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi, Western Division; Cause No. 3:08-cv-00118-MPM.  Ms. Norris was awarded $2,400.00 in compensatory damages.

The jury found that Ms. Norris was terminated in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
